I remember setting up the Harmony to make all of the buttons active, even if they did things I wouldn't use the remote to do. I got it to work the way I wanted, but I can't remember exactly how I did it. I'm not sure how it works with the MyHarmony software though, or if there's any interactivity at all. I basically filled in all the Kodi buttons with the 350 remote, and saved the configuration in MyDocuments.
